Administrative Assistant/Legal Administration
Responsibilities include administrative support and maintain an executive calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel plans, manage and distribute statistical reports, sustain accurate files and handle special projects as assigned.

We require 2-3 years of previous administrative and customer service experience along with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Act. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Familiarity w/legal documents and correspondence preferred, but not required.

Collector/Credit Collections Department
Responsibilities include collection of delinquent tenant rent and trade show revenues. Communicate with outside collection agencies. Maintain and generate management reports. Initiate paper work for various tenant actions, sustain accurate files and handle special projects as assigned.

Previous collections, administrative and customer service experience along with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Act. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

Low cost, yet comprehensive Health insurance coverage for employees and their families through Cigna effective the first of the month following your date of hire. This exciting program offers you two types of Point of Service (POS) Plans and an extensive Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan with the following employee monthly tax free contributions; representing approximately 10% of the premium MMPI pays to the carrier.

Free Single or family Dental insurance coverage through Metropolitan Life effective the first of the month following your date of hire.

Free Life Insurance for two times annual salary (up to $1,000,000 maximum benefit) effective 6 months from date of hire.

$4,000 reimbursable Educational Assistance Plan available after one year of employment for tuition, books, and fees.

401(k) Plan available upon employment to eligible full and part-time employees. The generous employer match begins the first of the month following six months of employment.

Up to two weeks or 10 days Vacation within the first calendar year employed.

Up to 5 Sick Days per year. Unused days convert to Sick Bank Days for accumulated Short Term Disability*.

13 Holidays per year, including 5 Personal days.

Flexible Spending Plan for tax-free reimbursement of medical (up to $4,000 annually) and dependent care (up to $5,000 annually) expenses.

Transit Saver Program allows you to pay for commuter transit and/or parking expenses with tax free dollars on a reimbursable basis.

Free Long Term Disability Insurance that pays 66 2/3% of salary after disability of 90 days.

Eligibility begins on date of employment.

Free Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance for two times annual salary (up to $1,000,000 maximum benefit) effective 6 months from date of hire.

Free Travel Accident Insurance for three (3) times your annual salary up to a maximum of $372,000.

*This benefit may be affected by state disability benefits such as California’s disability benefits.
