Join Celebrity Chef George Hirsch, host of national public television's “George Hirsch Living it UP!” as he demonstrates one of his most sizzling dishes that will keep you coming back for seconds.

Cooking demonstration by Joseph T. Bonanno, former New York City firefighter and author of The Firehouse Grilling Cookbook and The Healthy Firehouse Cookbook.
