Dessert-making demonstration with Wayne Harley Brachman, co-host of Food Network’s “Melting Pot” and author of Retro Desserts: Totally Hip, Updated Classic Desserts from the ’40s, ’50s, ’60s and ’70s.

Join Celebrity Chef George Hirsch, host of national public television's “George Hirsch Living it UP!” as he demonstrates one of his most sizzling dishes that will keep you coming back for seconds.

Cooking demonstration by Joseph T. Bonanno, former New York City firefighter and author of The Firehouse Grilling Cookbook and The Healthy Firehouse Cookbook.
