Matt Costigan, owner of the Michael Cleary showrooms in Washington D.C. and Chicago, is proud to take part in this year's Design House. Costigan, originally from Royal Oak, Mich., moved to Washington in 1999 after 10 years in Chicago working in the floral and design industry. Costigan's first job in D.C. was at Sterling Square (now Henredon). He moved to Michael Cleary in 2002 and began working with Lew Michael. Costigan opened Michael Cleary Chicago in 2005 and now spends his time between both showrooms. Costigan lives in Capitol Hill with his partner Richard and their four year old mutt, Bella. |
