Ones to Watch

The WDC’s Ones to Watch Award recognizes new design talent, on a local level, that is moving to the fore front of the design industry. Those Designers/firms nominated repeatedly demonstrate creativity, originality, and overall great design.

This year The WDC’s showrooms nominated 13 designers who are all exceptional in their craft. We are so excited to see their impact on the design community in the future.

The top three Ones to Watch were announced during Capital Design Days at an award ceremony and cocktail reception hosted by Kravet. Congratulations to the 2011 One’s to Watch! 

	Emily Bishop, ASID, Emily Bishop Interior Design – Since 2004, With an ever-vigilant eye on the details, Emily creates spaces that enhance her clients’ lives while balancing form and function.
	Liz Levin, Liz Levin Interiors – "Named a “Face of the Future” by The Washington Post, Liz Levin Interiors launched in 2004 with a focus on designing uniquely modern and livable homes.
	Zoe Feldman, Zoe Feldman Design – After working at Mark Hampton, Inc, Zoe launched her own business in 2003. An accomplished freelance writer and TV personality, Zoe has been published in several national websites and appeared on multiple television shows.
